Processing Time We do our best to process orders within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship worldwide via USPS and UPS, with live carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout — you only pay actual shipping cost. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Prices and shipping charges do not include your country's import VAT, GST, customs duties, or carrier handling fees. These are set by your local customs authority and collected from you directly, usually by the carrier or postal service at the time of delivery. As the importer, you're responsible for these charges, and we're unable to predict or prepay them. Choosing USPS at checkout generally results in lower handling fees than express courier options. Refused or unclaimed packages returned to us due to unpaid import fees are subject to our standard return policy, less original shipping.
